The scene for this bump shoot was a park in Ypsilanti. The subject was someone near and dear to me... the doula for my own birth, Katy! This shoot was very fun for me, not only because it was for a great friend, but also because she presented me with a challenge.... no "cute, standard" maternity shots! I have to admit I was pretty nervous, but once we got going and my creative juices started flowing, we got some great shots of this beautiful Mama to be and her husband!!!!
